There are three ways to make your purchase:
Via Email starting Monday, 4/20: Email us at your order: ptgincelkgrove@gmail.com along with your phone number and we will call you back for your credit card information. *PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION* We will call to confirm and confirm your order 1-2 days of receiving your email. All orders will be processed the day of the party, 4/25.
Via Telephone starting Monday, 4/20: Call in to place your order: 916-691-PETS (7387). All orders will be processed the day of the party, 4/25.
Curbside, Saturday, 4/25 only: Pull up to our store (West store only for birthday deals!), we’ll take your order, you park and we’ll process your order for you.
We will allow customers wearing masks into the store the day of the birthday party, but we will be limiting the number of people to be sure to adhere to the public health guidelines. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
