The Pets To Go Kids Club keeps growing each month and we couldn’t be more excited!
Parents and little ones were greeted at the door for July’s PTG Kids Club by Ellie, the 60 lb pet tortoise who belongs to the Epsteins. Jeremy talked the kids through everything there is to know about tortoises, including the important fact of how to pick out a pet tortoise so it can live inside your house vs. the type like Ellie who will need lots of room to grow.
After petting Ellie, feeding her some lettuce and watching her slowly make her way around the parking lot, the kids were ready to create their own turtle crafts to take home! We may be biased, but there are some really creative kids in the PTG Kids Club– it’s always fun to see their finished projects!
Who knew learning could be so much fun? A big thank you again to all of the kids and their parents for continuing to make the Pets To Go Kids Club a success! We’re looking forward to our next month’s meet up and hope you will be able to join us! Special note for August: we will be returning to the first Saturday of the month!
